I can’t find my login details

Exhibitors have been sent three (3) different logins

  • DesignBUILD – Please email the the Event Coordinator to be re-sent your login details.

The following two suppliers have Online Portals for ordering and have sent out login details to the stand coordinator email we have on file for your company. If you require your login details again please email them.

  • Moreton Hire – the official event contractor for DesignBUILD – Order furnishings/fittings for your stand
  • Agility Fairs & Events – the official Freight & Logistics Services for DesignBUILD – Organise and book freight and delivery

Are there approved suppliers who can help me build an exhibition stand?

Yes, our official stand builders; Moreton Hire can work with you to create a custom stand or modify your existing shell scheme.

I need to organise power for my stand

No power is included in your shell scheme. Power, electrics and additional lighting must be ordered prior through the official electrical supplier Moreton Hire. Any onsite orders will incur a late booking fee. Refer to Power & Lighting page for more information.

What days can I move in

Space Only – Commencing Sunday 19th April from 10:00am for more detailed information

Shell Scheme – Commencing Monday 20th April from 10:00am for more detailed information

I need to drop off my stand items through the loading dock

My courier doesn’t deliver on the weekend

If you require your stand items to be sent by courier to the venue prior to Move In day please contact Agility Fairs & Events. Agility Fairs & Events can offer you a short term storage service prior to Move In day – Charges will apply.

The venue will not sign and/or store deliveries on the exhibitors behalf.

Delivery label

Although we recommend using our contracted freight company; Agility Fairs & Events, if you’d prefer, you can send your stand items to the venue using the below delivery label. One of your staff members or a representative needs to be at the venue to sign for the delivery as the venue or Agility will not sign for freight on your behalf.

I want to have catering on my stand

To book any catering or any other services such as internet, waste removal and cleaning, order venue account cards, you will need to book these directly with the venue through the MCEC Exhibitor Services Website.

Where can I park/how do I get to the venue?

Please refer to the car parking page for more information. The MCEC has its own car park beneath the exhibition halls which can be accessed via stairs and lifts up onto the main concourse. This is a great option if you need to bring items from your car up onto your stand. All vehicles under 1.8m must use this option as they are not allowed into the loading dock.
